I enjoyed following Gordon Ramsay’s Masterclass. It’s not an advanced cookery course but gliding through a few recipes and methods, it explores the extraordinary life of one of the most successful chefs in the world.
It’s a 90USD online course that worths the experience. I look forward to following the upcoming Anne Leibovitz’s Masterclass on photography too.

I was interested in Ramsay’s masterclass. How’re lessons organized?
There are a few recipes he cooks from scratch, from start to end. They are very insightful. There are a few lessons on ingredients and techniques. Also a little part about his whole career history and business practice. For 90USD it’s a good product I would recommend. It’s not an advanced cookery course, but an interesting insight on Gordon’s style.

This one is organised as a masterclass and the recipes are executed from the beginning to the end. The editing is not as aggressive as the usual videos with Gordon Ramsey. He also indulges more in explaining things more in depth.
