Jetlag

Every time I cross the ocean, jetlag hits me hard. The older I get, the harder it hits me. When I can, I schedule a couple of days of buffers before the important meetings, so to adapt to the new time zone.

I was wondering what happens to diplomats, who usually travel on super tight schedule and have important meetings to attend. The Washington Post published and insightful article on this exact matter. Enjoy!
